You can, its fairly hard but then again I've been Chest Farming with my Monk for quite some time. Here is the build I use:

Mo/R 55hp
Divine Scalp
Aesthetics Armor

9 Healing
9 Protection
16 Divine
10 Wilderness Survival

Spell Breaker
Protect Spirit
Healing Breeze
Blessed Signet
Storm Chaser
Serpents Quickness
Blessed Aura
Mending

Use Serpents before you use Spell Breaker so it will be recharged right as it ends. Its fairly hard, but if you know what you are doing and know the spots its very easy. I usually die after the first chest and use 33hp. Never go below 33hp because they use a skill that steals 20hp.

I use a bunch of different builds for running with my monk, but for Raisu, I use:

DF 16
WS 12

Spellbreaker {E}
Watchful Spirit
Holy Veil
Troll Unguent
Dodge
Zojun's Haste
Stormchaser
Serpent's Quickness
